Three ways, and the phone is the fastest. You get me, not a queue.
Pick whichever is easiest from where you're standing
1. Call
727-729-2185. The quickest way to find out whether this fits. A few minutes on the phone usually settles it, and you will get a straight answer about your books rather than a sales call.
2. Text the basics
Tap here and the message is already written. Fill in three blanks and send: what you do, roughly how many transactions a month, and whether you are on QuickBooks. That is enough for me to call you back with something useful.
3. Send your QuickBooks file for a free review
The most useful of the three, because it puts me inside the actual file instead of both of us guessing. In QuickBooks Online, go to Manage Users, then Accountants, and invite diane@suncoastbookkeepingservices.com. That takes about two minutes and gives me read-only access. Or email me first if you would rather ask a question before handing over anything.

Or send the file straight away if you already know you want the review. Whichever comes first is fine.

I look at the file
Read-only access to QuickBooks Online, or a backup file if you are on Desktop. I go through what is reconciled, what is not, whether costs are coded to jobs at all, and what the last twelve months actually say.
Nothing in your file is edited during the review. I am looking, not changing.

You get a straight answer
What is in there, what is missing, and what it would take to make it useful. If your books are fine, I tell you that and you have lost nothing but a phone call.

If there is work to do, you get one number
Cleanup is quoted flat, before anything starts. Not an hourly rate and not a range that moves.
Questions I get asked
How do I send you my QuickBooks file?
If you are on QuickBooks Online, you invite me as an accountant user and I have read-only access in about two minutes. If you are on Desktop, you send a backup file. Either way I walk you through it on the phone if you want.
Will you change anything in my file?
Not during the review. I am looking, not editing. Nothing changes until you have seen the quote and said yes.
Can I just call?
Yes. 727-729-2185. That is often the fastest route, and it is the one most people use.
What does the review cost?
Nothing, and there is no obligation at the end of it. If there is cleanup to do you get one flat quote before any work starts. What it costs.
Are you a CPA?
No. I am a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. I keep the books. A CPA files your return and signs anything that needs an opinion. More about that.
Do you work outside Tampa Bay?
Yes, across Florida. The work is remote, so the service and the price are the same wherever you are. Service areas.
