I am not a CPA. I keep your books accurate so your CPA can file from them without rebuilding the year first, and if something needs a CPA’s signature, I will say so.

Questions I get asked
Do I have to switch accounting software?
No. If you are on QuickBooks Online, I work in what you have. If you are on QuickBooks Desktop or spreadsheets, I will tell you honestly whether moving is worth it, and it often isn’t mid-year.
My books are years behind. Is that a problem?
It is the most common starting point, not a disqualifier. Cleanup is quoted as one flat number before you commit to anything.
Are you a CPA?
No. I am a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. I keep your books accurate so your CPA can file from them without rebuilding the year first. If something needs a CPA’s signature, I will say so and work alongside them.
Which areas do you serve?
Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties. The work is remote, so if you are elsewhere in Florida, ask.
